WTF is a Pudgie!?

Nostalgia wrapped up in a uniquely fun and indulgent cookie.

Our signature goodie, the Pudgie, is a soft, doughy cookie that’s all joy, a warm hug, and fully unforgettable.

What started as a local favorite at Evelyn’s Kitchen’s East Harlem café in 2012 quickly developed a cult following of its own. Featured as a ‘Favorite Thing’ in Oprah’s O Magazine in 2014, the Pudgie went from neighborhood favorite to nationally recognized treat, earning a loyal following across the country.

Still small-batch and made-by-hand in our East Harlem kitchen, Pudgies NYC launched as its own brand in 2026. Look for seasonal favorites and special edition drops!

I created Pudgies in my East Harlem kitchen because I wanted to turn the desserts I loved growing up — banana pudding, chocolate cake, blondies — into something shareable and unforgettable. I wasn’t chasing trends. I was chasing taste. Pudgies are personal. They’re what I bake for my own family. And now, they’re being shared with families everywhere.
