I created Pudgies in my East Harlem kitchen because I wanted to turn the desserts I loved growing up — banana pudding, chocolate cake, blondies — into something shareable and unforgettable. I wasn’t chasing trends. I was chasing taste. Pudgies are personal. They’re what I bake for my own family. And now, they’re being shared with families everywhere.
